Exhibitor Move In / Move Out

The official exhibitor move-in date & time is Tuesday June 12, 2018 (6:00am - 3:00pm).

All exhibitors need to have their booth structure installed, cases removed and aisles clear before 3:00pm on Thursday, June 14, 2018. If your space has enhanced lighting or video elements, please make sure they are set and running before the beginning of the Welcome Reception on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at 6:00pm.

The Welcome Reception will take place from 6:00pm-8:00pm in the Exhibit Hall on Thursday, June 14 and all exhibitors should have representation at their booth as the Exhibit Hall is open and accessible to all attendees. Exhibitors are responsible for the safety and security of their equipment.

The official exhibitor move-out date & time is Sunday June 17, 2018 (10:00am - 5:00pm).

During move-in and move out no material may be taken through the Main Entrance unless it can be carried by hand. Dollies are not allowed on carpet areas. No equipment may be transported on the escalators or public passenger elevators. All four wheel dollies, pallet jacks or oversized loads are prohibited into the pre-function areas. If you require a dolly or pallet jack to move your items, you must use the South Dock loading area.
