Commercial General Liability Insurance is required for a minimum amount of $5,000,000 per occurrence and such other forms of insurance as may be appropriate to cover your obligations in connection with exhibiting at GHS 2018 Summit. The Commercial General Liability insurance policy must name the following organizations as additional insureds:

• GHS 2018
• MCI Group Canada Inc.
• Metro Toronto Convention Centre

MTCC NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS

As an exhibitor at the MTCC please take special consideration to the following terms and conditions:

Registration codes are assigned for Full registrations and Exhibitor Area Only registration. The number of complimentary and Exhibit Area Only registrations are based on the sponsorship/exhibitor package purchased. Exhibit Area Only passes will give access to the exhibit hall throughout the Summit including breaks served in the exhibit hall, and access to the Welcome Reception.

Registration codes will be emailed to the person that registered for your exhibit space once payment has been received in full. Once your registration codes have been received, exhibit staff can be registered via the GHS 2018 Summit website registration page. This system will also prompt you to book your accommodation. In order to secure the special GHS 2018 negotiated rates you must book through the Summit website.

** The responsibility for reserving the accommodation rests with the Exhibitor. Conference Management will not be liable if any Exhibitor is unable to reserve accommodation of if the provider of accommodation fails to honor a reservation for accommodation. Any hotel fees are at the expense of the exhibitor.
